The Mediterranean Alien Species Scientific Documentary was a research-driven documentary initiative developed in collaboration with National Geographic, focusing on the spread of invasive species in the Mediterranean, with particular emphasis on blue crabs and their socio-environmental impacts. The project explored ecological dynamics, impacts on local livelihoods, and broader environmental implications, combining scientific research with narrative storytelling to raise awareness of this emerging ecological challenge.

DOTANK Plus supported the development of the content and stakeholder engagement strategy, conducting stakeholder mapping and facilitating story screening processes to inform the documentary narrative and engagement approach.
