Led by Blue Marine Foundation through the Endangered Landscapes & Seascapes Programme, this project aims to restore the ecological integrity of the Amvrakikos Gulf, a key Mediterranean marine sanctuary.

Home to critically endangered species such as the bottlenose dolphin and fan mussel, the Gulf faces rising environmental pressures. The initiative integrates habitat restoration, policy reform, and community engagement to reduce human impacts, strengthen biodiversity, and improve climate resilience. Our role focused on strategy development and the design of impact reporting frameworks to guide and assess long-term outcomes.
