The engagement focused on the development of a sustainability roadmap and strategy for Scrapays, a startup operating within the circular economy. The project combined empirical research with an in-depth analysis of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks to support the company’s transition toward more sustainable business practices. The work included the assessment of existing sustainability practices, analysis of environmental impacts across operations, and identification of opportunities for improvement, ensuring alignment with environmental standards and circular economy principles at both local and international levels.
