The project focused on aligning the company’s sustainability practices with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). The engagement included a double materiality assessment, value chain and stakeholder mapping, and the identification of key impact, risk, and opportunity areas. These elements informed the selection of relevant disclosure datapoints and the development of a tailored ESG reporting strategy to support regulatory compliance and enhance stakeholder transparency.
