EXCELerator was a six-month, fully virtual accelerator implemented by Coalition Wild, designed to strengthen the leadership and implementation capacity of emerging conservation leaders across more than 60 countries. The program provided a structured, scalable, and inclusive learning experience, equipping participants with practical skills in project planning, stakeholder engagement, fundraising, and communications to support the design, funding, and scaling of impactful environmental initiatives in diverse local contexts.
